Satkhira correspondent: Police filed a case of murder against the madrasa superintendent and the plaintiff’s house was vandalized and looted.

Earlier, on September 19, Satkhira was injured in police torture by the police and two SIO police officers of the murder case of Madrasah Superintendent of murder case against the murder case brother brother. The elder brother of the deceased Md Bazlur Rahman filed this case on September 20 at Satkhira Amli Court (1). The court ordered the PBI to submit the report within 30 working days before the investigation into the case.

The deceased was identified as Maulana Saidur Rahman. He was the son of late Delader Rahman of Kathand village of Satkhira Sadar upazila and Buxa Hathagganj Dakhil Madrasa Superintendent of Kolaroa.
On the complaint lodged in the case, the case was told that on the night of September 15, at the end of the night, under the leadership of Sub-Inspector Asaduzzaman of Sadar Police Station, police members hurled shock and knock at the door of the house and came to the house of his brother Saidur Rahman at three motorcycles. Police identified the identity of Saidur Rahman said, “There is no case or warrant in my name, I will not open the door if you do not see arrest warrant.” The police was kicking at the door of the house. When the wife of Sadu’s wife opened the door, the accused entered the house and put handcuffs in his hands. If you want to know the rage and demand one lakh rupees. Police protested against the incident and brought Saidur to the police station. In the afternoon, to kill the accused, Saidur Rahman was thrown into the garment room of the police station and beat him with a cane stick again. When one day agreed to pay the money, the police stopped beating. At this time Saidur Rahman told his brother Bazlur Rahman that he was bleeding with his anus. But after a while, he was given a court order.
When the plaintiff himself appeared in court, Saidur said that he has no power to rise. Her body has swollen and Than thana is bleeding through the anus. Later, after being sent to jail by the court, after his health deteriorated, the prison authorities took him to Sadar Hospital on September 16, at 2pm. On hearing the news, other witnesses came to the hospital around 4:30 pm. Saidur Rahman died at 5 or 5 in the morning at the hospital. After getting the news, the police remanded the family members of the dead. After the autopsy, his body was buried at 9pm. The plaintiff’s police beat his younger brother Saidur, who beat him like a snake. He claimed justice in this regard.
In this incident, the elder brother of the deceased Md. Bazlur Rahman filed a complaint in the name of the names of the attorneys of Satkhira Amli Ekal in the section 302/34. Judge Habibullah Mahmud ordered the PBI to report the plaintiff’s complaint within 30 working days after the investigation.
Six people were injured in the court’s murder case in connection with the death of Madrasah Superintendent of Satkhira due to the police torture of two doctors and four police officers.
